It Reduces Stress

Burnouts are caused by anxiety and stress, and anything you can do to prevent them is vital. If you’re a student, it may be pacing through schoolwork and deadlines that are not your interest. However, if you find blogging fun and exciting, then you found your escape, where you can free your mind and thoughts.

It Boosts Confidence

It is often nerve-wracking ro share your opinions with others, but it’s exhausting to hide what you’re genuinely passionate about and to worry about people think. Receiving positive feedback from peers, friends, and family can be rewarding. Thus making you accepted, encouraged, and confident.

It Increases Productivity

It’s easy to do nothing when you’re in a burn out phase. The only way to beat this is to do something, even small acts. Staying productive while in a burnout might be the best advice you could ever receive.

One of the goals I have set myself is to publish weekly. Keeping this going gives me something to look forward to. However, if posting weekly with my schedule becomes stressful, you can always adjust your method, which will provide you with control over your site and allow you to move forward. As a hobby, the website should not be a burden. It will help me maintain a mentality and be productive.

It Supports Self-Expression

Blogging has brought me joy and inspiration. Every time I write, I feel like I want to push the button and accomplish something. The opportunity to discuss my thoughts instead of grouping them has been invaluable. It is not only stressful but also exciting to see the results of my website and express myself as I like.
